The team

Founders.

Three people building the data link between space and Earth. The physics is unforgiving — so is the team.

Kaushik TelidevaraK

Kaushik Telidevara

Co-founder · Mechanical & Thermal

Kaushik leads the physical design of the Cyclops relay — the structures, materials and thermal systems that have to survive the stratosphere. He cut his teeth on Singapore's Galassia-5 satellite, working on flight hardware built for orbit.

A mechanical and thermal engineer by training, he turns the harsh physics of high altitude into a buildable spec. He studies at Stanford and serves as an officer in the Singapore Armed Forces.

AdhiA

Adhi

Co-founder · Software & AI

Adhi owns the software stack — the pointing, tracking and link-management intelligence that keeps a laser locked onto a satellite from the edge of space. A proficient AI engineer, he's building the onboard systems that make the relay autonomous.

He turns Cyclops' optical-link problem into code and models. Like Kaushik, he studies at Stanford and serves as an officer in the Singapore Armed Forces.

Rajvrat ThapliyalR

Rajvrat Thapliyal

Co-founder & CEO

Raj runs Cyclops as CEO — a two-time founder with a deep network across the space community. He's taken ventures through NVIDIA Inception and Singapore's BLOCK71 incubator, and drives the commercial and fundraising engine behind the team.

He studied at the National University of Singapore and served as a special-operations operator with demolitions and reconnaissance experience — at home where the stakes and the unknowns run highest.
